Before you use Gates Galore, we highly recommend using Dial Before You Dig services.

(1) No claims recognised unless in writing and received within 7 days of completion of job.

(2) Any obstructions removed by Gates Galore on or below fence line will be charged as extras.

(3) We reserve the right to cancel any contract at anytime.

(4) Quotations valid for 30 days only.

(5) No responsibility taken for boundary pegs incorrectly placed.

(6) A deposit of 50% must be paid before commencement of work.

(7) Full payment is due upon completion of work done.

(8) Client must supply all Water and Electricity.

(9) All materials remain the property of Gates Galore until complete payment has been received.

(10) Overdue accounts will be handed over to collection agency with all Fees and Charges payable.

(11) Materials left on the job site are the sole responsibility of the client and the client is liable for any materials that are stolen or misplaced.
